Has he/she worked at your event locations before?

Do you have backup equipment and is it the same quality as the primary equipment?

Can we meet any assistants who will also be our taking pictures?

Can we give you a shot list to work from?

Can other people take photos while you are taking photos?

What time will you begin and how long will you stay until?

Do you mark your proofs?

How long have you been photographing weddings?

What is your training? Do you belong to any professional associations?

Do you shoot in colour, black and white, or a mixture of both?

Is image retouching included?

Will I receive the digital full resolution files? If not, what is the charge for this?

What happens if you are ill on the wedding day?

Are you a full-time photographer?

How long have you been a wedding photographer?

How many weddings have you photographed?

Have you handled events of my type and size before?

Is this your recent work that I'm seeing?

Do you provide a written contract?

Do you provide a guarantee?

Is a deposit required? How much?

When is the deposit due?

May I make partial payments?

When is the final payment due?

Are there any additional charges not mentioned? (i.e. travel)

What are the refunds/cancellation terms?

Will the photographer visit your venue before my wedding? 
Will we discuss contingency plans for bad weather etc?

Is there a time limit for choosing prints/photos for the album?

Will you be charged for changing your album design/print selections?

Who will own the copyright to the pictures?

What happens if the photographer is ill?

Should your event last longer than scheduled, will they stay?

Will they accept of list from you, for specific photos to be taken?

Do you offer both contemporary (reportage) and traditional styles of photography

How long after the event will the proofs be ready?

How much input do you have in planning your album?
